Melinda Moore is the Senior Vice President for Entertainment Media Ventures, a Los Angeles-based company active in media investment and strategic advisory work, bridging the worlds of business, finance and entertainment. She specializes in managing the creation and execution of large, cross-platform campaigns and has worked with leading entertainment and technology companies including Citibank, Netflix, Orbitz, SONY and YouTube.
Previous employment include her role as Vice President of Convergence at Rogers and Cowan where she oversaw integrated communications and social media strategies for Avon, Scion, Majesco communications and Tongal. She also served as an independent award-winning integrated marketing executive and digital media pioneer, launching numerous campaigns such as Credo Mobile, LIVESTRONG, Obama for America and msnbc.com. Top recognitions include a Webby, an Effie Award and a Silver MIXX Award.
As the Co-founder of both LovingEco and StartingBloc LA, she is passionate about creating change.
She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Women in Technologies (WINT), National Association of Professional Women, The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (ATAS) and Step Up Women’s Network (SUWN).
Melinda received a Bachelor of Arts degree at UCLA and currently lives in Los Angeles.
